Can I add another e signature request once the form has been returned?

Thank you for reaching out. 

In Acrobat Sign, once the document is signed and filed, it is not possible to make any changes to it. The document gets encrypted. So, adding a new signer is not possible. You have to send a new document for signature to include all the signers. 

Once the document is sent for signature, you may replace the signer only if it is not signed by the respective signer. Refer to the information provided in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3xsViEo;
