Can I change the counter-signer for a widget after it's created?

I have an Adobe Sign widget that needs to be filled out and signed online by a web visitor, then counter-signed by our company representative. Can I change the counter-signer's email address, or do I have to re-create the whole widget -- which has many fill-in form fields?

By the same token, I would like to clone the widget so that we could post an alternative version if we the original counter-signer is not available. Is that possible?
