can i harcode common emails in the form so that used need not enter it every time while sending doc for signatures

I need to send a doc to 5 people for signature.In this 4 people are common for all the docs.Can i hardcode or store  there emails in the form,so that

i need not type it everytime when i send doc and signature must be done  automatically according to the lelvels.

Is this possible?

Hello Safel,

As of now, there is no feature to save the email addresses for the documents being sent out for signature. But yes as a workaround, if you want, you can create a Widget and can define the four fixed counter signers while creating it ( who will be signing once the first variable signer signs it).

have 2 queries:

1) Yes ,, i tried that ,, and it is working if you define the emails, but any way we can enter altleas one email from the widget template link

2) is there any way to remove the email verification coz its coming on the second page..check the screenshot.User has to put signature twice !!

Hello Safel,

If you just want to show email address as text within the template, then you can add the text field and can define default value by double clicking the field and entering the email address and save.

The main reason the signature block is getting added is due to the requirement of Email field in Widgets. If you don't provide email field, EchoSign will automatically adds a signature block. You can surely turn off the email verification by going to Account tab->Account settings->Signature Preferences and at bottom, uncheck "Widget Verification" and save.
