CAN NOT SAVE SIGN THE DOCUMENT

Hello everyone,so i don't know what is wrong, yesterday i encountered this problem after filling the documen. I tried to do it on mobile phone, on PC, it does not willing to sign and save the document!I Just can not sign it!what should i do please help! Classic interface ( classiс experience as it showns on the screen) worked it.

As you use the browser on both devices, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. See if that helps.

Please confirm whether you are experiencing this issue with a particular document. If not, please check with the document sender once.
