Can notifications on cancelled documents be turned off in Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I have a user that would like to remove notifications from cancelled documents. I can only find how to turn off notifications for various criteria, but not this one. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hello,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Please confirm if you are trying to stop notifications only for the document that has been canceled. The notifications are set at the account level. If you make changes to them, it will work for all documents sent after that. It is not possible to change the notification for a particular document.

If you are referring to something else, please elaborate.
