Please ask the user to change the notification settings as required. You may use the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-adjust-email-notifications-in-adobe-sign.html. Check if that helps.
However, if you are trying to remove the user from receiving a particular document, it is not possible. The settings do not allow removing any individual from the recipient list.
We have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign Enterprise plan. Please contact our Adobe Sign Enterprise support team to check if they have any workarounds or backend settings to make the changes.
