Can one of the signers be removed from receiving the final signed document via email?

We are putting a workflow in place for new employee contracts and are wondering if there is a way to remove one of the signers from receiving the email with the final signed agreement.  That person gets a lot of emails already and does not want to receive a final copy of every contract.

    Please ask the user to change the notification settings as required. You may use the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-adjust-email-notifications-in-adobe-sign.html. Check if that helps.

    However, if you are trying to remove the user from receiving a particular document, it is not possible. The settings do not allow removing any individual from the recipient list. 

     

    We have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign Enterprise plan.
