Can't access Adobe Sign Admin tab

Hello.

I am the SF System Administrator that installed the Adobe App to our org. I assigned the Integration Admin permission set to my user but whenever I click the Adobe Sign Admin tab (lightning or classic) it displays a blank screen. It does not appear to be a popup blocker issue. Looked at my profile and everything seems to be OK with permissions.
