Can't CC in Adobe Esign iOS App

‌though it shows up sometimes, most of the time, when I send a document out to be signed via the Esign app on my iPad, I do not have an option to CC (or show CC). I send out multiple documents daily and am very comfortable using this tool, however the app is useless to me if I can't CC, since most of my contracts need to be copied to other.

the odd thing is that get a CC option once in awhile, and I can't figure out why or what I do differently.

suggestions? Anyone else having this issue?
