Can't change my primary email address for Adobe Sign

Hi,

When I try and change my primary email address for my Adobe Sign account it claims that the email I want to change is "Email already used". However, when I go to sign-in using that email address Adobe claims that "Your Personal Account has been deactivated" - which I did to enable me to use as my primary email address for my Adobe sign account.

Please can you help me in changing my primary email address for Adobe.

As you have mentioned when you use the email address to sign-in, you receive the message "Your Personal Account has been deactivated". Could you please confirm if you are trying to sign-in to the Adobe Sign account? If yes, would you mind sharing that email address in the private message on the community?

Thank you for your reply.

When I try and change the email address, it asks me to sign in again to the
general Adobe account. I can't see a way to change the email address on
only the Adobe Sign account.

I have checked the email address that you have shared with us. I see that you have an Adobe account with that email address and that is active. You are subscribed to Adobe Sign individual service plan using the same email address. So, Adobe Sign is a product listed on your Adobe account.

Now, if you wish to change the email address for the Adobe Sign account, you have to change your Adobe ID. Adobe ID is the email address for your Adobe account. To change the email address associated with your Adobe ID, please use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-change-the-email-address-associated-with-your-Adobe-ID.html.

Once the email address is changed for Adobe ID, it will automatically change for Adobe Sign.

Note: It is not possible to change the email only for the Adobe Sign account if it is linked to Adobe ID.
