Can't change primary email to deactivated account email

Hi,

I was trying to change my primary email address A to the one that I used in the past for a trial version B. Since it said: "Can't change/Account already in use" I deactivated B. After that I still wasn't able to change A to B.

Then I've read on the forums instructions on how to change it with account B still working. Now it's too late, and when I am told "if that was a mistake contact Adobe", I am not able to find a chat from Help center pages nor any other ways of contacting anyone/notifying them about the mistake, it redirects me over again to the main Help center page. What to do?
