Can’t contact an Adobe Rep due to it saying I cant log-in “Please contact Customer Support” Catch 22

I have 2 problems.

1. I can't sign in to Adobe Sign App. Says to contact customer support with the error message, "We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe I'd change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."

2. I cant contact customer support because when I'm asked to sign in to reach customer support I get the same message as problem 1 above, "We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe I'd change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."

- Without a phone number, I can not even talk to anyone to get this solved because of the same error message.

How do I sign in to change that email? My main profile is all up to date. Do I use my old email for Adobe sign?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

We have checked that you have an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription. As you get the error message when trying to sign in to the account, please confirm if you have recently changed the email address for your Adobe account.

 

This generally happens when you use an email address that was already registered for an Adobe Sign account. That means the new email address was updated for the Adobe account. However, it was not updated for the Adobe Sign which was part of the Acrobat application. That seems to be the reason you receive the error.
