Can't find Webhook interface

Question

According to this article,  I should be able to  create a new webhook from the Webhook interface in the Account menu of the Acrobat  Sign site. I can't seem to find an option for Webhooks anywhere  on https://acrobat.adobe.com/ or https://adminconsole.adobe.com . How can I get to the Webhook interface? I have an Acrobat Pro account with Acrobat Sign included.

We have checked that you have an Acrobat Sign individual plan. You get the Acrobat Sign individual plan with Acrobat Pro. The feature is available with the Acrobat Sign enterprise service plan. The help document you have mentioned above (https://adobe.ly/4eQV1ew) provides information for the Acrobat Sign developer account.
