Can't photograph passport

Trying to close my business bank account. I get a link from ghe bank for Adobe Acrobat Sign. Get through the process to the part where it tells me to photograph my passport or driver's license. It then says "autocapture mode failed to start. Try using manual mode".

It gives me a big "Manual Mode" button. I click it. It's dead. Does nothing.

I refresh, repeat. It does nothing.

Help?
