Can't preview document in salesforce while creating agreement template

I try to preview a document in Salesforce that shows an error and link the Adobe sign account multiple times. Please help me out and solve the problem.

We have checked your account with the email address used for the community login and it shows as inactive. That seems to be the reason for the error message.
