Can't resent password because email has been deleted

For a different Adobe sign account that I have, it is saying that the password is expired and needs to be reset. It is sending the reset link to the email address  we have associated with the account (riowestagm@wecommunities.net) however that email address no longer exists.

Is there a way to reset the email without being logged in or a way to reset the password without accessing the email?
