Can't send document for signing through API response is coming 201.

We were unable to create your agreement [DEMO USE ONLY] Hello.pdf because we had a problem processing your document Hello.pdf.

Greetings!

The error suggests there is something amiss with your PDF..

Not all PDF printers generate PDFs the same, and that can produce any number of issues that can cause a problem with processing.

The best option for this type of error is to use an Adobe Print driver to "Print" the document again.

Using an Adobe print driver will ensure that the elements Adobe Sign is expecting are present and understandable during upload.

 

Once the document is reprinted, if you continue to have the same issue, open a support case and include the steps you are taking to format your agreement as well as the documents you are uploading.
