Can't send documents after changing my sign in email

hi I can't send any documents after I changed my sign in email this is the message im getting

We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support.

I contact chat support and they could not help me and just dodge the ball sending my request to a supervisor so is there anyone here that can help me?
