Can't send documents to sign to especifics domains

Hello,

I have a problem, when I send a document to sign to my clients I get an error message saying that the mail was rejected and could not be delivered, this happens with all my clients that have the domains @10215394, @outlook and @yahoo, with other domains I have not had any problem, please your help with this issue.
