Can't send large files on Salesforce app for Adobe Sign

From what we tested, any files bigger than 4mb give the following error when trying to send the document on Salesforce app: "The mime type is missing for a file."

All files under 4mb work fine, and testing with the errored files but compressed under 4mb works as well.
