Can't sign document on-line

I received a document at work, clicked on the link which took me to Adobe Acrobat Sign, and I can't sign.  When I click in the signature box, nothing happens, right click and double click do nothing, there are no tools, so I can't insert my signature.  Mac 12.6.9 with Chrome 117.0.5938.149.

    Please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Ensure that you are using the fields assigned to you.

    Try opening the link in a new incognito window on the Chrome browser.
