Can't sign in because I need to sign in to make requested changes

I recently changed my email in adobe. Now I need to sign in and this message appears

If you wish to immediately use xxxx to sign into Adobe Sign, click Archive. This will discard any prior agreements associated with this email address. You may then use this email address to access Adobe Sign going forward.

But I cannot sign in to click on "archive". Basically, I need to sign in but am not allowed to until I SIGN IN and click ARCHIVE. Does this sound strange to anyone, it does to me!
