Can't sign multiple forms

I am IT Support for a company. One of our departments has started using Adobe Sign which I  know nothing about so bear with my perhaps not fully proper explanation of the issue please 🙂  Until last week apparently they could have signatures added to multiple forms but now it seems to put the signature of 1 person on both signature lines on the second form only, and unable to have signature fields on the first form. One of the users was able to work around it and can move the signature fields to the appropriate spots onto the form with missing signature lines, and prefill the names but they didn't have to do this before as the signature fields were in the correct places. Any suggestions?
