can’t sign on ios 16

I haven't been able to use acrobat Sign on the new iPhone with IOS 16. I've been using Adobe sign on iOS 15 and I used to:

1) generate a pdf using a document from photos and then

2) editing the photo (cropping etc)

3) adding signatories and cc's

4) specifying fields for signature and text entry 

5) and then sending it to the signatories

Now with the upgraded iOS 16, it seems I'm stuck with just viewing it as if the Acrobat sign app is just an acrobat reader.  See screenshots of the Acrobat Sign home page. Weird. It's asking me to download the app when I'm already supposed to be in the SIGN app.
