Can't sign onto Acrobat Sign

After clearing up the history cache on Google Chrome, the system will not let me log in. All the other users under my license have used the same link to access successfully but not me. This is the error message I continue to receive since April 6:

Ensure that your connection is not intermittent. Try clearing cache and cookies for the browser.
