Can't sign some pdfs

Question

Using "Adobe Acrobat" online (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/) Fill & Sign I can sign pdfs, but after saving at the end, the signature disappears from some (not all) pdfs.  For the ones that fail, it's not because those pdfs are already signed/secured/locked.  I know this because I can successfully sign and save the exact same pdf using "Adobe Sign" online (https://eu1.documents.adobe.com/).  I'm using the same browser and same procedure with Acrobat online and Adobe Sign online.  Why can I sign some pdfs with Adobe Sign online, but not Adobe Acrobat online?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, the signature added on some PDF form using the online Fill & Sign feature does not get saved. However, you can easily add signature on the same form using the Adobe Sign.

Would you mind sharing any sample PDF form with us on which the issue can be replicated? You can share the PDF using the steps suggested here: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161

Did you receive these forms for signature or they are downloaded from a website?

It would be helpfull if you can share a small video of the issue occuring on your end to understand it better.
