Can't sign up for free trial

Hello,

I want to sign up for the free trial with my Adobe Sign account. I tried it the first time with filling in the form. It made me an account but no free trial was available. Whenever I wanted to get the trial and logged in to my existing account it says I already have an account. No options for trial are available.

Somebody please help as I have been reconnected 10 times by the terrible customer service..
