Can we reissue the form that is rejected by one signer?

Question

I have a safety form that requires signatures for those that read it. One of my coworkers declined signing to see what would happen. I received notification that everyone signed but him. 
Is it possible to reissue the copy with everyone elses signatures back to the person who declined so he can sign it? Right now there is a blank signature line in between the others where he was meant to sign.

Hi there,

As one of the signer has rejected the form, that form is now is canceled.

You will need to resend the form to all the signers again. It is not possible to reissue that document for signature for that particualr signer.
