Canceled document still shows in progress and sends reminders. I can't get rid of it.

Question

I canceled an agreement because the signer ended up stopping by the office and signing. I went into AdobeSign and canceled the agreement, but it still shows it is "in progress". When I open it, there is no cancel link and status says it is canceled. However, it continues to send reminders and I can't stop it. If I click the link from the email reminder, it says the agreement was canceled. If I try to click the reminder button, it freezes up and doesnt go anywhere. This has been going on for a week now.

I need to stop the reminders.

Please help!

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

If an agreement is canceled, then the reminder should automatically be stopped. If it hasn't stopped, please check if you can do the same manually.
