Canceling a sent document

Question

Hello,

I accidentally sent a document for signature before I could fill it out. I've not found a way to recall or cancell the document. The Actions list on the right hand side of the screen only give me options to Download PDF, Set-up Notification, Download Audit Report, Hide Agreement, Share, or Hide Notes.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. This document was not sent from your account. You received it for signature, which is why you do not have the option to cancel it.

Only the sender of the document gets the option to cancel it. Please ask the sender to cancel it and send the document again.

If the option does not appear, please check whether the document was sent or not. You may check if the document shows under In progress.
