Cancellation

Please cancel my plan. Adobe is making it impossible to cancel my subscription. There is no cancel button under manage plan. The chat agent ignores and leaves the chat every time I bring up cancellation, and I can’t reach an agent over the phone. There are multiple complaints from users regarding this issue. I am planning on reporting this company to the BBB and if they can’t cancel my plan I will take legal action.
