If my team cancel our Acrobat Sign, the documents we have signed when we had the plan lose their value?

No, they do not lose their validity.  Make sure you download all the documents before cancelling.

As Mariahweyne mentioned, the cancellation does not affect the document signed in Acrobat Sign. It will be considered the same. The agreements will not lose value and can always be validated with the transaction ID. 

Once you cancel the subscription, you will still be able to access the account. However, the features available with the service plan will not be available. It is always suggested that you download the agreements before canceling the subscription. 

If you wish to download multiple files at once, please contact the Adobe Acrobat Sign support team. They can download the files for you.
