Cannot access documents on Adobe Sign
Haven't been able to access my documents all morning.
The server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments."
Cannot get any response from chat, been waiting on chat for nearly an hour.
When I call the helpline I'm told there's no support available for this product.
I need to know how to download my signed documents immediately and cancel my subscriptions. This is unacceptable for such a critical app.
I'm done with adobe and moving my signing to Docusign.
