@nenee_santos On my Google Pixel, it said that Microsoft was down with a outage. Microsoft released an emergency updates just a few days ago (January 20, 2026) to fix issues caused by their earlier Patch Tuesday. Some users reported black screens, locked files, and login failures after those updates. If your Windows system updated recently, this might be a conflict between the new Windows "graphics component" and Adobe's interface. By any chance did you update your windows?
