Cannot delete the document

Question

Hi there, 
 
I've been trying to add details to a contract and it normally has three tabs to add dates and names etc. However, it is only allowing me to fill in two. I have been unable to find a way to delete the document I have been working on aswell and it is sitting in the waiting for you section on Adobe. Please could you help me with this.

Please refer to the steps suggested in the following help document to add the form fields: https://adobe.ly/4i6aOrP. Try adding form fields in Acrobat Sign and check if that helps.
