Cannot find form field template option

Hello - when I trialed the echosign function I was able to set up a form field template that I could then apply to a future document so that I didn't have to recreate all of the fields if I replaced a page or modified the text underneath.  Now that I am an annual subscriber I cannot find this functionality.  Any insights?

Hello Emily,

The trial version does provide the option to create the Form field layer template and if you upgraded to the same business level plan, then the feature would still be there but if you upgraded your account to "Send for Signature", then it doesn't have that.
