Cannot get Acrobat Pro TRIAL version to launch on Mac OS 10.15.7 Catalina; Support by Adobe sucks

See Title, Need Help in launching Acrobat Pro Trial version. Adobe took my CC money.  Adobe Help? was useless. I need to Edit and Merge numerous documents for Monday A.M. deadline and don't have time to rescan numerous documents (~6 pages) through an Epson ET-4850 scanner (15-20 pgs at a time) to make "new" large PDF's with the existing Acrobat Reader version.
