Cannot get "Code" to send my access token request

Hello, 
I am trying to get an authorization code using the following URL: 
https://secure.na3.adobesign.com/public/oauth/v2?redirect_uri=XXXXXXXX&response_type=code&client_id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&scope=user_read:account+user_write:account+user_login:account+agreement_read:account+agreement_write:account+agreement_send:account+library_read:account+library_write:account 
After logging in with my adobe credentials and allowing access based on the configuration already set, I am directly redirected to my "Redirect_URI" without adding any code to the URI nor giving any error message to direct me.
