Cannot get verification email for new Document Cloud account. Have talked to 4 agents!!!

I have been trying now for almost 4 hours to get my Acrobat activated. I have been pushed to change my eamil address 3 times. Verification does not get to me. The email addresses are active. No Spam, No Junk, No trash. Nothing. Adobe has my cash and I have an app that cannot be activated. No phone to call, chat seems to be dead!!!
