Cannot login Adobe Sign after changing my Adobe ID email

Hi,

I cannot login into Adobe Sign after changing my Adobe ID email. It says:

I have Creative Cloud Membership, and other CC product works fine.

Please solve this ASAP, thanks!

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here on the account. There is no subscription listed under that account. Please let us know if you are using any Adobe services.

If you use any alternate email address, share it with us in private. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

I am having the same problem after I changed my Adobe ID.  Please help.

Hi Jdniblack,

This generally happens when you use an email address that already had a registered Adobe Sign account.

In this case, you will need to first free your email ID from the old Adobe sign account.

Then you will be able to use the new email address on your current account.

Could you please confirm the account type you are using for Adobe Sign?

If you are a subscribed user, you can contact support using the steps mentioned below:

• Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.
