Cannot login to Adobe Sign - no recent changes, but issues now

Hi, 

I have been using Adboe Sign for several years, no issues.  Using the same login credentials that I have used in the past, I perform and receive the following:

1.  Input email address at Adobe Sign login screen.

2.  Select 'Continue'.

3.  Select 'Personal Account'.

4.  Input password.  Select 'Continue'.

5.  From this step, my experience changes - typically, I am now logged in, no issues.  Now, I cannot proceed, and the only message to appear on the screen is:  'The Acrboat Sign account for xxxyyy.com is associated with a different profile.  Click here (hyperlink) to sign in again and choose the Company or School Account profile."

I cannot get any further, but when I select 'company profile' it does appear to re-direct me to an SSO page for my company.  I was not aware of my company creating an account on my behalf if this is the root cause.  Any thoughts on what I can to login to my personal Adobe Sign account?
