"Cannot Modify Agreement"

H E L P  After placing all the signature boxes throughout 24 pages, clicking start for the prefills, then clicking send, I keep getting this following message "CANNOT MODIFY AGREEMENT"  I am so frustrated right now I could just die!  This website is NOT user friendly!  Can ANYONE help me??  ~Paula
