Cannot properly open document signed in Esign, only the signature panel shows on esign site and as download.

Cannot properly open document signed in Esign, only the signature panel shows on esign site and as download.

Have tried in Windows 7, on Mac and on Android phone: same result for all operating systems.

Need help recovering document from Adobe e-sign.

    Hello tjhosgoode,

    What issue are you facing while opening the document? Is there any specific error being encountered?

    Also, if you have esigned the document through EchoSign, you can login to your EchoSign account and can go to Manage tab and under Signed section, can view the document.

    Here is the link to login:
