Cannot read a section in full in an echo sign document

Hi,

I have been sent a document in echo sign re a dispute and there is a section with the next actions I am expected to take however, the writing in the box is cut off mid sentence and I am not able to click on the box to expand it....

any tips appreciated.

As I understand, you are referring that when you fill in the form field in the document, the text gets cut off.  Would like to inform you that it is an as-designed behavior.

Once the form is filled and signed, you will see the complete text in the final document.
