Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'code')

Hi All, I'm trying to prepare a document in adobe sign to send for signature, I keep getting the error, 'Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'code')'. Can someone help to fix this issue please, urgent. I've attached a copy of the message that comes up.

Also, is there anyway one can contact Adobe support? do they even exist? I feel I signed up and pay the subscription with no support for the product at all.

    Please let us know if you get the error message when you are trying to upload the document or when you creating the form field in the document. 

    Share the complete workflow you do. Also, if this happens with particular file.

    I am having the same error message after adding text to a document.

    My issue was resolved after adding acrobat extension to my browser.
