Cannot send any new agreements

We cannot send any new agreements and all we get is the following message 

You cannot send new agreements because you don't have sufficient transactions available in your account. Please contact your administrator.

However, we just renewed our annual subscription last month. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue.  I have spent hours with them and they are yet to fix the issue.  Did you fix your issue yet?
