Hello,

I am experiencing an issue to send document for signature with Adobe Acrobat. I have a "file upload filed" error, and I dont udnerstand where the problem might be. It says that cannot be established a connection to the server. I hattached a screenshot of the message

Which option should I check to verify this? In the settings I am log in correctly and If I go to the online service I can send the document

Thanks for the help

Hi aspnet82,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue or if it is working now.

If the issue still occurs, try sending the document via the Acrobat Online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/) and check if you get the same error.

Share the Adobe Acrobat and OS version you are using on the machine. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow.

Do check if the issue occurs when sending a particular file. You may test the same workflow with any test PDF to ensure.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

If you are behind a corporate firewall, talk to your IT. They are blocking Adobe nodes needed for this. When you are on the web, the server connects to the needed services, effectively circumventing the blocking condition.

Hello,

thanks for the answer. I am not behind corporate firewall. Just regular home network
