Cannot send document for signature after changing the email address.

Hi,

Do you think it would be possible to share the instructions for removing my old email address from Adobe Sign as well since I am having the same problem?

    As you have recently changed the email address, that is the reason you are experiencing the same behavior.

    I did check your account with the email address you used to sign in into the forums.
