Cannot send documents for signature after changing Adobe ID

I'm having the same issue discussed in this thread: Unable to "Send for Signature" after changing Adobe ID

After changing my Adobe ID email address, I receive an error any time I attempt to send a document for signature. It says:

"Could Not Send. An error has occurred. Please try again"

It appears I am having an account issue. Can someone from Adobe please contact me to get this sorted out? Thank you!

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As you have mentioned above, you get the error message when sending documents for signature since you have changed the Adobe ID email address.

    It generally happens, when you already have an Adobe Sign account registered with the email address that you have used as a new Adobe ID.

    I have checked your account. It is active and working fine.

    It seems the issue has been resolved.

    It is active and seems to be working fine.
