Cannot Send Draft Cloud Doc

No idea if this is correct forum. 

I created a document in https://documentcloud.adobe.com/

I added recipients and fields. 

I closed the doc without sending to recipients. 

Now when i open the doc, i cannot send to the recipients. How to send to recipients?

I can't add fields. If i click "Edit", i don't get option to add fields. 

Do i have to create a new doc from scratch?
