Cannot send for signature

I changed my Adobe ID and ever since, I cannot send for signature.  I am logged in to my profile and it lets me do everything but send a document for signature.  I get the following error.  I have tried logging out and back in.  Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  nothing works.
ACCESS DENIED

You do not have access to this service.  Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access.

Hi Ravi,

 

It seems that when you changed the Adobe ID, you used an email address that was already registered under another Adobe Sign account. In this case, you will be able to login to other Adobe accounts using the new Adobe ID easily without any issue except the Adobe Sign account.

You will need to free your email address firstfrom the old Adobe Sign account so it can be used as a new email address for current Adobe Sign account.

Please contact Adobe Sign support team to make the necessary changes. To contact support, click on the"?" icon at the top right-hand corner of the window and then click on "Contact us".

After multiple attempts finally got through to help desk. Problem is simple. You cannot change your Logon ID. Adobe sign is not smart enough to change when you change your login ID. Called help desk. They had to change adobe sign Email to match my new email.

Si vous chnagé d'ID vous changé de compte, nénamoins vous pouvez modifier l'adresse mail d'un compte sous conditions de validitation.

Vous devez pour se faire vous connecter sur votre compte en ligne puis vous rendre dans les paramètres et suivre les instructions.

C'est qu'en modifiant votre ID vous avez bloqué l'ID initial qui vous permettais de transmettre les fichiers pour signature, il faut donc débloqué votre compte, avez-vous reçu un line de validation pour le nouvel ID ? Cette vérification permet de savoir si vous êtes effectivement à l'origine de cette modification.
